A-BRAND Golf Club
A-BRAND Golf Club is an elegant and large stone castle that looks like it should be located in rural Scotland. This resort has four floors, and the entire second floor is dedicated to its onsen facilities. It has a small open-air outdoor bath, however the indoor bath and additional features are spacious and modern. A-BRAND Golf Club only has around 20 rooms, so the onsen is usually quiet and mostly private. The facilities feel like they were built for corporate retreats and weddings, so don’t expect the most authentic experience.
We were guests at the A-BRAND Golf Club and were lucky enough to enjoy the onsen daily after snowboarding. The left side of the building is the women's onsen and the right side of the building is the men’s onsen. As we entered the onsen there was a very large room with tatami mats and baskets to store our clothing. The onsen meets our highest standards for cleanliness and the facility is constructed with quality granite and marble. We recommended spending some time relaxing at A-BRAND Golf Club if you’re spending time at the Nikka Distillery or Kiroro ski resort.
